| So the irresponsible breeders of muts and poor quality dogs should stop responsible breeders by letting the irresponsible breeders owners of loose unaltered canines take over? I understand your point of wanting all animals to have loving homes but your suggestion is not the answer. Laws that require spaying/neutering or tube tying and vesectomies for dogs that are not approved breeders would be a much better way.

The better answer would be to have a set number of litters each breeder can produce make them adhere to strict guidelines as to pet quality and show potential dogs require licensing for those wanting to become a breeder require all pet quality dogs to be spayed and neutered or lose their licenses and inspect the quarters the animals are being kept in cuz Ive seen some pretty disgusting kennels before I even got into being a breeder lemme tell you they look good on paper but when you go see the home/ kennel or whatever and they dont let you in that raises a red flag for me sorry Im not saying the Government needs to dictate to us what we do with our dogs but MOST people have no business breeding dogs to begin with I see APBT breeders breeding blues with reds or merle cur dogs with APBTs and still being able to register their so called APBTs with the ADBA? WFT? Those are MUTTS Poeploe need to to way more research than they have been doing cuz they are ruining it for the rest of us Please stop breeding GARBAGE animals And be a responsible breeder be conscientious of what you are doing
