Leonbergers Puppies

Leonberger puppies are friendly, affectionate, and have an energetic nature. They are extremely loyal and will bond to their family quickly. This makes them a wonderful pet to have around children. Leonbergers are known to be extremely patient and tolerant with children and often get along with other pets.

Because of the Leonberger's sweet disposition and gentle nature they respond well to gentle training methods that don't use harsh discipline. Leonbergers grow to a height between 29-31 inches and weigh between 130-170 pounds. Females are slightly smaller, reaching heights between 27-29 inches and weighing between 100-130 pounds. Due to the Leonberger's large size, they do not do well in apartments but rather a large home. They are best suited as indoor dogs due to their extremely loyal nature and fierce devotion to their families.
