Rhodesian Ridgeback Puppies

Rhodesian Ridgeback puppies grow up to be strong, large dogs with the unique characteristic of a ridge of hair along the middle of its back. As hunting dogs, some may think that they are not suitable for the family but this is not the case as Rhodesian Ridgebacks are gentle with their owners and other family members. They are loyal and intelligent which makes training these dogs highly possible although strict discipline is often necessary as they are strong willed by nature.

Due to their larger size, Rhodesian Ridgeback puppies do best in a setting that has a generously sized yard where they can run and play with space to spare. With their short hair, grooming is not a constant issue and occasional trips to the groomer will keep this breed looking clean and well groomed.
